Q: Do you have a pool and is it heated?
Yes we have a pool -The spa is heated and flows into the pool

We have the pool and spa
Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?
Surfers Paradise is only a 20 minute walk or a couple of minutes by car
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
We can organise all sorts of theme park tickets at discounted prices aswell
Q: Do you do after hours checkins?
Yes we can arrange after hours checkins, please contact reception prior to your arrival
Q: Can I get a late checkout?
Only if the apartments is available
Cost is $25 up to 12.00 noon and $5.00/hour after that
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
Q: Is there car parking at the property?
Yes we have secure undercover parking available at the property
Q: Do you have internet facilities?
We have wireless internet access at Surfers Tradewinds which you can pay by credit card at time of use
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
When staying for more than 7 nights we will service the apartment every 7 nights
